Time Slips
In order to create time slips or expense entries in EasyTime please select the client and matter first before navigation to the Time Slip section in the main toolbar.

Use the buttons below the table to create a new timeslip or expense entry.


A new row will be added, preset with the current date and the default staff member (selected in the Billing preferences). If a matching rate group can be found for the combination of staff member and client, the hourly rate field will be preset as well.

You can use the action button besides the Delete button to convert between different slip types.



When a time slip is converted into an expense the hourly rate and time amount will be reset.



1 Switch between active and invoiced time slips.
2 Shows the currently selected client and matter.
3 Time slip entry with rate and time.
4 Expense entry with just the total amount.
5 No charge item. This will not calculate towards the invoice total amount.
