Settings
Staff members which can use EasyTime for entering time or billing purposes are managed here. To create a new time keeper click the New button under the staff member table.



Staff Member Fields

To assign different rates to a staff member, select the person on the left table and then click the New button below the rate group table.

Select a rate group name for the new entry (there are defined in the Lists section. Enter the hourly amount in the Hourly Rate column.

When entering a new time slip, the rate field is preset with the matching values from this table. If the time keeper initials are manually changed for a time slip, the rate will be updated with the rate of the new time keeper.
