Product Tutorial Included

A comprehensive tutorial for both new and experienced users is available by selecting TracePlus/Win32 Tutorial from the TracePlus group on the Windows Start Menu.

Minimum System Requirements

  • Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, Windows Vista Home/Business/Ultimate Editions (32 bit)
  • Compatible with the WOW64 subsystem on Windows XP x64, Windows 2003 Server x64, and Windows Vista x64
  • Pentium 3 or AMD Athlon 1 GHZ or greater
  • 192 MB RAM
  • 10 MB disk space

Installation

To update your existing copy of TracePlus/Win32, unzip these files to a temporary directory and select "Run..." from the Windows Start Menu. Then type:

[drive letter]:\[download directory]\setup.exe

Remember to replace the words "drive letter" and "download directory" with the appropriate locations on your computer where you unzipped the .ZIP file. Press Ok or <ENTER> to update TracePlus/Win32.

The Setup application will ask you to locate your current installed copy of TracePlus/Win32 before proceeding.

If the update does not work

If you are having problems installing the patch over your currently installed version (listed below), follow the following procedure.

  1. Uninstall the product you currently have installed (be sure you have a copy of the original product you purchased).
  2. Reinstall the original version you received when you purchased the product.
  3. Reapply the patch you downloaded from here.

If the update does not work with your product, please e-mail support@sstinc.com stating the problem you are having, and we will provide you with a new SETUP.EXE. 

Please note that in order to receive a new copy of SETUP.EXE, you must provide us with a copy of the original SETUP.EXE from your purchased copy of the product.
